cotac USA part of HOYER Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive commercial growth at its Tank Container depot in Houston. This role focuses on expanding strategic customer relationships, optimizing depot capacity utilization, and strengthening the commercial presence of COTAC USA within the chemical and bulk logistics sectors.

YOUR RESPONSIBITIES

  • Strengthening and expanding relationships with existing strategic customers
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the tank container and bulk logistics sectors
  • Supporting the effective utilization of depot capacity, services, and operational capabilities
  • Leading structured pricing discussions and managing contract negotiations with key accounts
  • Ensuring commercial initiatives are fully aligned with depot operations and service delivery standards
  • Maintaining a disciplined and transparent sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Driving sustainable revenue growth and improving overall profitability
 

YOUR EXPERTIESE

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial or service-oriented sectors, with solid knowledge of the chemical industry or forwarding
  • Proven expertise in tank container depots, logistics, bulk transportation, or related industrial services is desired
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and manage long-term commercial relationships
  • Confidence in engaging effectively with both operational teams and senior-level stakeholders
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
  • A track record of reliability, disciplined execution, and consistent follow-through
  • An entrepreneurial mindset paired with a pioneer spirit, capable of identifying and developing new opportunities in dynamic markets
