For the area Corporate Development we are looking in Hamburg or Rotterdam for a Requirement Engineer – ERP / TMS System (m/w/d) who will work with us to shape the future of logistics.

Your tasks

Implementation and moderation of workshops with the specialist departments
Process actual and target analyses, including coordination with the specialist departments
Creating requirement specifications as part of an agile project
Handing over user stories to the international development team
Creation of training concepts and procedural instructions
Carrying out and accompanying user acceptence tests with the specialist departments

Your skills

A degree or education in logistics is advantageous, alternatively in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience in agile software development
Proficiency in requirement engineering
Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is desirable
Self-responsible and structured approach
Strong communication skills and confident interaction across different hierarchical levels
Quick comprehension and process-oriented work style
Willingness to occasionally travel for work.
