Your Responsibilities
- (Co-)Project management for the renewal and further development of our ERP landscape, including the development of a new international transportation management system, within a multicultural and agile team, focusing on finance-related processes
- Configuration and further development of the Invoicing, Billing, and Accounting modules (including interfaces to other financial systems) in our custom-built ERP system, based on business requirements and technical innovations
- Coordination, planning, and management of internal and external suppliers as well as software development projects in the finance and accounting area, considering time, resources, and quality
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders, including conflict management and conducting risk assessments
- Preparation of market analyses, incorporating all requirements as well as functional and technical concepts, test plans, and documentation in close collaboration with key users and system developers
- Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, and best practices through system testing, error analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Additionally, identifying and diagnosing issues in daily processing, and maintaining communication with internal customers and external suppliers
Your Expertise
- Several years of professional experience with ERP FI systems, ideally complemented by a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field. Career changers with relevant experience are also warmly welcome
- Project experience in the configuration and rollout of ERP and other software systems
- Experience in creating specifications for developers
- Advanced knowledge in the finance and accounting areas, ideally within the scope of a transportation management system or other ERP systems that support financial processes, as well as SQL knowledge
- Strong IT affinity with a focus on consulting and problem-solving skills
- Openness to change, digital transformation, continuous development, and an independent, structured work approach
- Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, as well as an interest in international projects and willingness to travel
- Proficient in both German and English, spoken and written
