For our HOYER Global Transport FZE office in Dubai, we are looking for a Calculation & Quotation Coordinator (m/f/d), who will contibute to improve the customer experience by fostering a positive customer interactions, identifying customer issues, providing solution, and conversing in a polite and professional manner, thereby leaving customers with a positive lasting impression of doing business with HOYER.

Your responsibilities

Create and submit detailed freight calculations and quotations for tank container transport
Close contact and communication with the Calculation & Sales Support Teams in Dubai and Rotterdam
Close contact and communication with all relevant Sales Managers
Close interdepartmental cooperation with Operations, Procurement, etc.
Prepare requests for freight queries and tenders

Your skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Approximately 4 years of experience in a similar role within sales calculation and/or logistics; experience in the tank container business is an advantage
Proven experience in freight forwarding is required
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, as well as advanced MS Excel skills
Accurate, enthusiastic, and equipped with strong communication skills
Ambitious team player with strong numerical aptitude and the ability to perform well under pressure
