For our location in Stokke, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) who embodies what all our employees have in common: always going one step further.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate customer orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely registration, feasibility assessment, and order confirmation
  • Act as the primary point of contact and Order Owner, coordinating all involved operational units to ensure smooth transport execution
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, quality standards, operational procedures, and customer specifications
  • Plan and optimize the utilization of customer, contract, and dedicated transport equipment and resources.Prepare, monitor, and ensure the accurate completion of all relevant transport and shipping documentation
  • Proactively manage transport deviations, incidents, and claims, keeping customers informed and ensuring proper documentation in relevant systems
  • Coordinate additional services and costs, including cleaning documentation, extra cost management, and transport cost control
  • Support continuous operational excellence by driving efficient processes, executing first-order procedures, and ensuring successful order closure and reporting

Your Expertise

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services
  • Relevant professional experience in international logistics
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Resilient and able to maintain performance in high-pressure situations
  • Flexible working approach with willingness to work shifts when required
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
