cotac ist part of the HOYER Group and employs around 700 people throughout the world.
We are offering a global network of 12 locations with tank cleaning facilities, workshops and depots for road tankers, tank containers and IBC in several countries on 3 different continents. Customers are receiving service at the highest level and according to current industry standards.

For the cotac europe GmbH in Hamburg or Dormagen or Rotterdam, we are looking for a Director Technical Services (m/f/d) who exemplifies what all our staff have in common: to always go that extra mile.

YOUR TASKS

  • Responsibility for the strategic development of our subsidiary cotac ion a global level as well as the operational implementation of continuous improvement processes and innovations
  • Continued development and harmonization of the worldwide cotac locations in terms of organization as well as the ensuring of a consistent KPI system and comprehensive quality standards
  • Responsibility and execution of investment planning as well as the achievement of budget, result and performance targets within cotac
  • Ensuring the outstanding SHEQ requirements and performance (Safety Health Environment Quality)
  • Responsibility for the global key accounts
  • Further development of IT applications in coordination with the group-wide IT strategy
  • Functional and partly disciplinary leadership of the managing directors of the respective country organization of cotac

YOUR SKILLS

  • Completed studies, preferably in the field of industrial engineering, several years of professional experience in the management of technical operations an advantage
  • Several years of experience in leading international teams desirable
  • Knowledge in the tank container segment, respectively chemical and dangerous goods logistics as well as in the area of change management is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Process-oriented and structured way of working
  • Quality and safety awareness
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • High willingness to travel (50%)
