For our Mendrisio location, we are looking for an Dispaching Coordinator (m/f/d) who embodies what all our employees have in common: always going the extra mile.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of the truck fleet for intermodal and road transport operations
• Optimization of transport processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Verification of orders in line with customer requirements
• Compliance with all applicable legal regulations
• Adherence to HOYER’s safety and health standards
• Timely updating and maintenance of order details in the system

Your Expertise

• Relevant professional experience in intermodal bulk transport
• Native proficiency in Italian
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while adhering to group guidelines in an international environment
• Strong decision-making skills
• Team-oriented with excellent, polite, and proactive communication skills
