Your tasks
- Establishing and developing successful search strategies to identify specialist employees and managers
- Actively designing results-oriented active sourcing processes
- Initial and direct approach to candidates for our job advertisements
- Communicating with contacted job applicants
- Conducting information and initial selection interviews
- Support in recruiting-related tasks
- Collaborating in projects
Your skills:
- Successfully completed degree study or commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in the recruiting area and with active sourcing
- A careful, independent, reliable way of working
- Confident handling of the MS Office package
- A hands-on mentality and an enjoyment of daily challenges
- Well-developed communication skills in Dutch, English and German
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken Dutch and English, German is preferred
