For our location in Hampen, Denmark, we are looking for an HR Business Partner Nordic (m/f/d) to join our team on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week, who reflects the spirit of our organization: taking initiative, driving positive change, and always going one step further

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner and strategic advisor to managers, translating business objectives into effective people strategies
  • Coach and support leaders on all people-related matters, fostering leadership effectiveness and employee engagement
  • Drive organizational development and change initiatives, including reorganizations, M&A activities, and the integration of the former Dantra into the HOYER Group
  • Promote and strengthen the HOYER culture through initiatives focused on employee engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness
  • Manage employee relations topics, including conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and collaboration with employee representative bodies
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations in close cooperation with external legal advisors and relevant stakeholders
  • Oversee core HR operations, including HR administration, payroll coordination, data management, and the use of HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making

Your Expertise

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist HR Business Partner or operational HR role
  • Professional fluency in both English and Danish is essential; additional language skills are considered a strong advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Danish labor law and experience working with employee representative bodies and co-determination structures
  • Experience in driving HR initiatives and supporting organizational change in a dynamic business environment
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach with strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, combined with a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic region; knowledge of drivers' collective agreements in Denmark, Sweden, and Lithuania is considered an advantage
