For the HOYER Group, we are looking for a HR Trainee in Santiago (Chile) who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to creating a positive employee experience in a multinational environment.

Your responsibilities

Support onboarding and offboarding activities
Assist with employee documentation and HR administration
Help create and distribute internal communications
Support employee engagement, wellness and corporate events
Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate communications
Assist with training programs and learning initiatives
Prepare HR reports, presentations and employee metrics
Participate in local and regional HR projects

Your skills

Currently enrolled in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications or related field
Intermediate to Advanced English
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to handle confidential information
Interest in People & Culture and employee experience
Comfortable in a multicultural environment
