For the area Human Resources in Hamburg, we are looking for a Intern (m/f/d) Global Human Resources for 10 hours/week whose commitment and care are the basis for assuring that we can fulfil even customer’s highest demands.

Ihre Aufgaben

Assist the global HR in executing HR projects and initiatives
Support our global HR team in coordinating and executing recruitment and hiring processes for the company
Maintain and update employee data and records in HR systems
Assist in preparing reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making by the HR department
Support the HR department in implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
Support the HR department in implementing employee development programs and training initiatives

Ihr Können

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt quickly to new situations.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
