For our IT Services department in Hamburg, specifically the Governance, Risk and Compliance team, we are looking for a SharePoint & IT Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) in Hamburg who will work with us to shape the future of logistics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acting as the content manager for the IT department, ensuring structured and up-to-date information across platforms
  • Designing and rolling out IT-related e-learning modules to support compliance and awareness
  • Improving our supplier/vendor/license management process
  • Supporting the management team with administration, monitoring, finance and reporting, including CISO reports and e-learning overviews

Your Expertise

  • A successfully completed bachelor's degree in economics qualification, combined with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience — ideally with a focus on IT or IT-related functions
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint tools
  • Strong knowledge of IT compliance, ideally supported by certifications such as ITIL and/or ISO 27001
  • A consultative mindset with a hands-on approach, openness to change, and a solution-oriented working style
  • Experience in the logistics sector or a strong interest in learning more about it
