For our location in Rouen, France, we are looking for a Finance & HR Manager (m/f/d) who embodies what all our employees have in common: always going one step further.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee general and analytical accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Lead monthly and annual closing activities and produce timely financial reports
  • Act as the key liaison to Group Finance and contribute to financial transparency
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making
  • Monitor cash flow and optimize liquidity management
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external accounting partners
  • Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal, and administrative requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes and controls
  • Manage contracts, insurance policies, and key administrative functions
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, supporting HR operations and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law, manage HR documentation, and support audits and HR reporting
  • Advise management on financial and HR strategy, develop performance dashboards, and contribute to business transformation initiatives

Your Expertise

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. Administrative & Financial Manager, Controller, Senior Accountant, or HR role with financial exposure)
  • Strong experience working in an international environment or with international stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and controlling
  • Good understanding of local labor law and HR compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to operate across both finance and HR functions in a hands-on role
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required in an international business environment
