For our location in Rouen, France, we are looking for a Finance & HR Manager (m/f/d) who embodies what all our employees have in common: always going one step further.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee general and analytical accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead monthly and annual closing activities and produce timely financial reports
- Act as the key liaison to Group Finance and contribute to financial transparency
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making
- Monitor cash flow and optimize liquidity management
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external accounting partners
- Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal, and administrative requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes and controls
- Manage contracts, insurance policies, and key administrative functions
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, supporting HR operations and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with local labor law, manage HR documentation, and support audits and HR reporting
- Advise management on financial and HR strategy, develop performance dashboards, and contribute to business transformation initiatives
Your Expertise
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. Administrative & Financial Manager, Controller, Senior Accountant, or HR role with financial exposure)
- Strong experience working in an international environment or with international stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and controlling
- Good understanding of local labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Proven ability to operate across both finance and HR functions in a hands-on role
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required in an international business environment
