For our Operational Excellence department at one of our locations, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Performance Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and embodies what all our employees have in common: the ambition to always go one step further.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support business lines in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing measures to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance
  • Contribute to the design and execution of operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  • Take ownership of defined workstreams or (sub-)projects, including analysis, preparation of recommendations, and support of implementation
  • Apply structured problem-solving and process analysis methods to identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions
  • Preparation of presentations, analyses, and decision materials for project stakeholders and management
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and ensure alignment across departments
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to further develop processes, tools, and the company’s service portfolio

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
  • Initial experience in project management and a strong affinity for data-driven decision-making and performance management
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with a structured and results-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders across different organizational levels
