Your Responsibilities
- Support business lines in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing measures to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance
- Contribute to the design and execution of operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Take ownership of defined workstreams or (sub-)projects, including analysis, preparation of recommendations, and support of implementation
- Apply structured problem-solving and process analysis methods to identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions
- Preparation of presentations, analyses, and decision materials for project stakeholders and management
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and ensure alignment across departments
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to further develop processes, tools, and the company’s service portfolio
Your Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
- Initial experience in project management and a strong affinity for data-driven decision-making and performance management
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with a structured and results-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders across different organizational levels
