For the area Corporate Development we are looking in Hamburg or Rotterdam for a Requirement Engineer – ERP / TMS System (m/w/d) who will work with us to shape the future of logistics.
Your tasks
- Implementation and moderation of workshops with the specialist departments
- Process actual and target analyses, including coordination with the specialist departments
- Creating requirement specifications as part of an agile project
- Handing over user stories to the international development team
- Creation of training concepts and procedural instructions
- Carrying out and accompanying user acceptence tests with the specialist departments
Your skills
- A degree or education in logistics is advantageous, alternatively in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in agile software development
- Proficiency in requirement engineering
- Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is desirable
- Self-responsible and structured approach
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction across different hierarchical levels
- Quick comprehension and process-oriented work style
- Willingness to occasionally travel for work.
